Standard Controller (Included)
The standard controller provides all of the features needed to configure and operate the heat pump, with a manual switch to change the mode from heat-cool-off. There are many onboard automated control features such as dynamic outdoor reset control for heating, automatic mode switching based on outdoor temperature, dynamic backup heating control, seasonal switching, dynamic humidity control, hot-tank-cold-tank, control by a standard thermostat or other external controller, rules-based configurations for water heating and boiler integration, and more. If you can think of it we probably already have it.

Easter Eggs
Because the controls are so flexible, there are far too many things you can do with it than could ever be fully documented. Often, existing features can be combined in various ways to create new features. It’s unlikely that you will need it to do something that it cannot do, even though it may not be readily apparent. For any feature you need, let us know, we can probably show you a way to do it.

Custom Features
One reason why our controls have more programmable functions and features than others is because we listen and respond to our customers. Many of our advanced features are the result of customer requests. We will make you an offer you won’t find anywhere else. If you can think of a valuable feature that we don’t have, and it makes sense to us to have it, our USA-based engineering team will quickly develop it for you, and we will add  it to our system.
